Although the War started in 1775 we can use this eve to celebrate its culmination. This war wasn’t about race. That war arrived much later in 1861. The Revolutionary War was about taxes, aka greed. The American people, under British rule, didn’t want their money to go to the British Empire. The Americans, at that time, wanted the money to be used for the colonies. The idea was good, but as we can see today, it didn’t go as planned.

Let’s not forget the Boston Massacre of 1770 where innocent civilians were shot. John Adams, the future President of the United States, defended six of the soldiers who were eventually acquitted of all crimes. You ask yourself; how do we find ourselves here today? Well, a President defended six murderers. Makes complete sense to be where we are today.

Let’s not forget the Boston Tea Party of 1773. The unofficial beginning of the Revolution. The locals in Boston were unhappy with the British law that stated British tea from China could be sold without tariffs. The name of the tea company, British East India. What did the Americans do? Well, they disguised themselves as Indians and threw all the tea into the Boston Harbor. Yes, the Boston Tea Party was an act of terrorism that blamed Indians for something they did not do.

The list is endless. Research, learn, and write. Without knowledge you have a failed human race.

Learn from history and don’t forget that tomorrow it can be you that will targeted, just as it was in the past. VOTE BLUE down the ballot. The Republicans asked for this and this fascist party needs to be shut down.

The black Formica countertop summoned me to relinquish its hold on an open bottle of scotch. My mouth dripped with desire as the pour filled an empty rocks glass to the brim. Several sips muted my thoughts. Cigarette ashes trailed me, my feet pounding the hardwood, shoulders scraping the hallway walls to the bedroom closet. The uniform snug as I pulled the shirt down. Belt, baton, and gun slid into their temporary homes.

“Time to go.”

You are the selfish ones for wanting us to stay around medicated. You don’t live our lives. All you do is judge and decide what we should do and not do. Stop asking me to reach out to you. If I wanted to call you I would. Guess what? I didn’t want to. Your fantasy driven religious cults call us evil. Well, we are not evil. Evil only exists in the false promises that your cults offer.

Then when you talk about our suicide, you relate everything to yourself. Shut the hell up and let us do what we want.

Why are you calling me mentally ill? In order for me to commit suicide I must be of sound mind to calculate all the steps needed to take my life. Stop scapegoating a haphazard diagnosis to explain the choices I make that you are too fearful to address. Deal with the consequences of my actions as you do yours. Look in the mirror and ask yourself what you’re running from and what you’re doing to cope with those fears. You’re not superior to another human because you choose not to take your life. Perhaps you’re inferior because you cannot cope with your feelings of longing after my actions occur. What’s so good about this world anyway? It’s filled with death, famine, war, and misery.

Society blames those that commit suicide as being flawed, mentally ill, and unstable. That humiliation is unfair to the individual that has passed away. Perhaps the person that committed suicide had more strength than most to escape this life that we all must endure every day. Perhaps that person was more intelligent than all of us because he or she knew the remainder of their life was not worth living. They made a conscientious decision to the end their lives, whereas most of us are too afraid to look in the mirror. The global population can’t deal with their everyday issues so they abuse drugs and alcohol as a method to a slow suicide. What is wrong is that we selfishly forgive those that commit suicide and then selfishly blame them for leaving us. If they were actually our loved ones we would accept and respect their choice. People who commit suicide should be respected for doing something that most of us cannot accomplish. Sometimes the grass might be greener if you choose not to look at it anymore.

I plugged the bathtub with a small towel to catch the pieces of bone and flesh. The continuous sledgehammer pounding transformed his body into a meaty play-dough. No time to waste, I grabbed the pliers and used them to pull out the trachea and vertebrae; pieces of bone and cartilage curling and crackling as they hit the porcelain tub. The throws of the saw sliced through the skin like a rare tenderloin dinner. The spinal cord separated at his neck with two simple cuts. His head snapped off with ease, falling into the corner of the tub, right side up, his eyes gazing upon me and his torso.

The public fails to realize that these incidents have happened and will continue to happen.  Humans will continue to destroy everything until they consume themselves.  Everyone points fingers and scapegoats mental health. Today, they even go as far as to blame girl rejection as the cause. Well, it’s none of those reasons and the resolve is impossible. Murder and destruction are inherent traits of humans dating back thousands of years without discrimination. Feel free to read the Smithsonian article below.

Nothing has changed, only the facades of the buildings.  Terrorism is not new. People are just too lazy to see it has always existed.  People are selfish and believe the ‘now’ is more important than any other era.  A typical comment from those who fail to see history; “I don’t believe this is happening now. Why us?” Well, it has happened in the past. A teacher set a bomb in Washington for protest. Please don’t be shocked by today’s actions as they have existed hundreds and thousands of years ago. The only flaw is the human and it will never change until it consumes itself.
